Our Services

Custom packing

We have a small crew of experienced packers who hand pack most of the early season fruit. This would include some cherries, apricots, peaches, early apples and plums. In the fall we pack pears and mid to late season apples on a small packing line assembled in the main packing area of the building. We also carry tomatoes and other mid season vegetables but they are usually packed on the farm of origin and added to the pallets as ordered.

Because we grow a product that is affected by wind and weather we often have a percentage of our volume that is destined for the process market. Anyone interested in fruit for secondary processing can contact us throughout the season for information on what’s available.

Another of the services we are able to provide is the Advanced payment Program. This is a program which allows OP to pay a certain percentage of the value of the product at the time it is delivered to the warehouse. It is available to growers on approval of the board of OP.

We have 3 separate coolers, two smaller ones and a large one. We have the capacity to store 500 bins in air storage, one smaller cooler we use for storing pears and one that can be used for a variety of other products. If our fruit demands are not too high the small cooler can be used to store vegetables.

We are a small enough company to be able to put together pallets containing a variety of products. A customer does not have to order a full pallet of any singe commodity. We frequently put mixed pallets together for our smaller customers, box programs and buyers clubs. We can put together a pallet of any fruit and vegetables that are in season. We often ship apricots, peaches, plums, early apples and tomatoes together on the same pallet. In the fall it’s pears, apples, asian pears, onions, carrots and garlic. You order it, we’ll have it shipped to you.
